The buildings, designed by Pro-Cal Design & Engineering, are complemented by a site and landscape plan by Atmos Design Build that enhances circulation, privacy, and outdoor living. The 18 unit layout provides residents with private yards and a shared community pool and recreational space that anchors the development and fosters a neighborhood feel.
